Press release from Minister for Enterprise, Mr Richard Bruton launching a new €10million International Start-Up Fund to draw overseas entrepreneurs into Ireland.

Blog post by Chris Horn on the Innovation Task Force Report, a committee which he chaired. It is a very good representation as to Government thinking and the current formation of policy in this area, including the development and nurturing of entrepreneurs.

The Irish Technology Leadership Group (ITLG) founded by John Hartnett (ex CEO at G24 Innovations, and previously Senior VP of Global Markets at Palm, Inc.) was set up in 2007 as a non-profit group of senior executives who wanted to promote the technology connection between the technology markets in Ireland, Europe and the US. The ITLG now has a presence in Silicon Valley, New York, Boston, Washington, and Los Angeles.
